These
warranties are to the original owner only and
from the original date of installation. All warranty
cards must be on file at Ag Parts LTD. Home Office
within 7 days of original installation to be
considered for warranty. If the warranty card
is not on file, an original numbered work order
with original date and signature must be returned
with the warranty TA and the replacement card
to be considered for warranty.
All warranty TA's must have the completed card returned
with the warranty TA to recieve credit, No Exceptions.
Ag Parts LTD. Distributors warrant TA assemblies for
the time period listed on the previous pages to the
original purchaser. This time limited warranty will
include TA assemblies that fail because of defects
in workmanship and material. All TA's must be installed
to Ag Parts LTD. specs. Warranty periods are from the
date of original installation at the time of installation
for the period of time of installation. Warranty TA
must be replaced by an AG Parts LTD. TA.
This warranty is not applicable to TA failures that
occur because of contamination due to other failures,
nor to parts other than the TA assembly itself. Failure
of TA assemblies that are not due to defects in material
and workmanship, including unauthorized modifications
such as over ballasting, or over fueling, or tractor
pulling, are specifically excluded from this warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, whether
expressed or implied, warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded,
as are all other representations to the user-purchaser,
and all other obligations or liabilities, including
liability for incidental and consequental damages on
the part of the company or the seller. |
